STACK Clinic is the between-visits layer on top of the patient's own STACK tracking: a roster of consenting patients, their adherence, estimated-level curves with the model's basis published in the portal, a weekly view, and clinician-authored plans the patient accepts in their app.

How consent works
The patient connects. The patient decides what you see.
Nothing about a patient reaches the portal until they act. There is no import, no upload and no lookup by name — a patient exists in STACK Clinic only because they typed your code.
They enter your code. Your clinic has an 8-character code. The patient enters it in their STACK app or web dashboard, sees the name of the clinic it belongs to, and confirms.
They choose exactly what you see. Doses, estimated levels, weight, side effects and injection sites are on by default; notes are off unless they turn them on; photos are never shared.
They can turn it off at any time. One tap revokes the grant. You lose access immediately and they leave your roster.
Every view is logged and visible to the patient. Each roster load and each patient page opened writes an audit row — which clinic, which role, when, what was in scope — and the patient reads it in their own app under "Who looked at my data".
Roles. Admin manages the team and reads the audit log. Clinician sees patient detail. Staff see the roster and adherence only, never the detail — the database refuses it, not just the screen.
Every member uses MFA. An authenticator app on every sign-in, a 15-minute idle timeout, and no patient data ever passes through the web server — the browser reads it under the patient's grant.

Every titration step in STACK Clinic is authored by the clinician; STACK never calculates a dose, never sets a target level, and never tells a patient what to do. The estimated-level curve is a one-compartment illustration from published half-lives — the model and its sources are published in the portal for you to review — not a measured level. STACK Clinic is for licensed healthcare professionals and staff acting under them, with the patient's consent, for their care.

Is this an EHR?
No. STACK Clinic is the between-visits layer: a roster of consenting patients, their adherence, estimated-level curves, a weekly view and the plans you author. There is no charting, no prescribing, no billing and no messaging. It plugs in beside whatever EHR you already run and does not replace it.
Do I need a BAA?
Yes, before a real patient connects. STACK Clinic is a HIPAA Business Associate for clinics on a paid plan: upgrading to Clinic starts with a click-through Business Associate Agreement — an admin reads it in full, types the clinic name and their own name, and confirms they are authorised to sign — and only then opens checkout. The accepted agreement is recorded with the version and date and can be printed from Settings. Clinician Free has no BAA: use it with test patients only until you upgrade. Every tier enforces MFA, role limits, a 15-minute idle timeout and a full audit log.
Can I change a patient's dose from the portal?
No. You author a plan — every step typed by you — and the patient sees it in their app, where they accept or decline. Nothing changes in their app until they accept. STACK never calculates a dose, never sets a target level, and records who authored each plan and when.
What does the patient see about me?
Everything. Every time a member of your clinic opens their roster row or their detail page, an audit row is written and the patient can read it in their own app under "Who looked at my data": which clinic, which role, when, and which parts of their data were in scope.
Can a patient disconnect?
Yes, instantly, from their own app or dashboard. The grant is revoked, they disappear from your roster on the next load, and the portal can no longer read anything about them.
Which compounds?
The reference list STACK ships — tirzepatide, semaglutide, retatrutide, BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin and the rest, each with its half-life from a published source — plus any custom compound the patient adds with a half-life of their own. The curve uses whichever half-life the patient's protocol carries, and shows it.

Clinic is $149 a month with 3 seats and 100 patients included, $4 per extra patient a month and $29 per extra seat — upgrade from Settings → Plan inside the portal, by card. Program starts at $999 a month plus a $2,500 setup fee, $3 per patient a month with a 250-patient minimum, and adds a white-label app skin, SSO and export; it is arranged with us directly, not by checkout.
