What does Pro actually add?
Free covers everything you need to track: dose log, titration schedule, reminders, injection-site rotation, vial inventory, weight and side effects, and a 7-day estimated-level curve — on unlimited devices via optional sync. Pro is the analysis layer on top of the same data: the estimated-level curve at 30-day, 90-day and all-time ranges, curve overlays across compounds, unlimited active protocols (Free is capped at 2 at a time), the reconstitution calculator saved to your vials in the app, and a clinician PDF report.
Is this one plan, or are there tiers?
One plan: STACK Pro, $79 a year, billed annually. No monthly option and no free trial at launch — Free already has everything needed to track, so there is nothing time-limited to try.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my access?
Cancel any time from the billing portal (linked from your account page once you're Pro) — no email required, no retention flow. Your Pro access continues until the end of the year you already paid for, then the account reverts to Free. Your data is never deleted or locked; Free just goes back to the 7-day curve and the other Free limits.
Do you offer refunds?
No partial refunds for time left on a cancelled year, unless the law where you live requires one. If something billed incorrectly, write to the support address on the privacy page and we will make it right.
Who is billing this, and is my card details safe?
Pickleball Paradise, through Stripe. STACK never sees or stores your card — Stripe's own hosted checkout handles payment, and this site never loads Stripe.js or a payment form itself.
I do not have a STACK account yet — can I still buy Pro?
Yes. Enter the email you plan to sign in with (or use whatever email you check out with) — as soon as the payment goes through, that email is Pro. Sign in with the same email on the web dashboard or in the app, using the emailed one-time code, and Pro is already there.
Free covers tracking. Pro covers the rest.
