This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Every script, style, font and image is served from this origin. The free tools keep their state in the page address so you can share a link; nothing you type into them is sent to us or stored in your browser. The one thing that can leave this site is the email opt-in form described next, and it only sends anything when you submit it. If a functional consent flag is ever added (for example to remember a preference), it will be a first-party setting and this page will say so first.

The email opt-in form on this site

Some pages have a short form, "get new free tools by email". It is the only data collection on this site, and this is exactly how it works:

• What is collected: your email address, an optional first name, your two consent answers, the version of the consent wording you saw (currently v1), the fact that the form was on this site and, if you arrived through a tagged link, its campaign tags (utm_*). Nothing else. In particular, nothing you typed into the calculator, the simulator or the planner — no compound, dose, plan or half-life — is ever sent with the form. The form does not read them, and the tools' inputs never leave your browser.
• Consent first: the submit button does nothing until you tick the required box, whose full wording is: “Email me STACK updates (product news, new free tools, and app availability). I understand STACK is a health-related product and that my email is stored by Pickleball Paradise's Motherload system. Unsubscribe any time.” A second, separate and unticked box reads: “Also send me offers from partner programs in the same family of businesses. This is optional and separate.” Leaving it unticked has no effect on the first.
• Where it goes and where it is stored: the form posts to this site's own server, which passes exactly those fields — and nothing about your browser, device or address — to Motherload, the forms and email system run by Pickleball Paradise (the company behind STACK), at motherload.pro. That is the only place the list lives. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and we never sell the list.
• No tracking: the form sets no cookie, uses no analytics and does not fingerprint your device. It carries a random one-time key so a double-tap does not create two entries, a hidden field that catches bots, and a check that the form was on screen for a few seconds.
• Unsubscribe or delete: reply to any email we send, use the unsubscribe link in it, or write to dreambig@professionalsunsetchasers.com. We remove your address from the list, and delete it on request, and confirm by email.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives the ordinary technical data any web request involves — IP address, user agent, requested URL — to serve the page and defend against abuse, under its own policies. We do not combine it with anything.

The app: local-first by default

Everything you log — protocols, doses, injection sites, vials, weight, side effects and progress photos — is stored in an encrypted SQLite database inside the app's private storage on your device. The encryption key is generated on your device and kept in the device keychain or keystore. You do not need an account to use STACK. By default nothing you log is transmitted to us or anyone else; the only exception is the optional sync described next, which you turn on yourself.

Photos are copied into the app's private sandbox and are never uploaded, synced or shared by the app. Sharing the clinician PDF is something you do yourself, through the system share sheet, to a destination you pick.

Optional account and sync (off by default)

Settings → Account & Sync lets you sign in with your email address so the same logs appear on every device you sign in on. There is no password: we email you a one-time code. If — and only if — you sign in, the following is stored for your account on our sync service, Supabase (hosted database, encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest by the provider): your email address, and the entries you log — protocols and their schedules, doses, injection-site history, vials, weight entries, side-effect notes and your app settings. Every row is tagged with your account and protected by row-level security, so it is readable and writable only by you when signed in. Progress photos are never uploaded, even when you are signed in. We do not use synced data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone other than the hosting provider that stores it on our behalf. Signing out stops syncing and leaves your local data on the device; you can also choose to clear the device at sign-out.

Purchases

STACK Pro subscriptions are processed by the app store you bought through and managed with RevenueCat, our subscription provider, which receives an anonymous app-user identifier, subscription status and purchase history, device type and country — used only to unlock Pro on your devices and to handle restores and refunds. We never see your payment card or billing details.

Optional email address

Settings includes an off-by-default toggle, “Get protocol tips by email.” If you turn it on and enter an address, that address — and only that address — is sent to our mailing-list provider so we can send occasional protocol tips and STACK product updates, which may include promotions for other products we make. Turn the toggle off at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Crash and diagnostic data

None. STACK does not include a crash-reporting or analytics SDK. Apple and Google may share aggregated crash data with us only if you have opted into that in your device settings, under their own policies.

Health data

• If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, STACK reads and writes body weight only. It never reads or writes medication, injection or dose data, and Health data is never sent off your device by STACK.
• Health data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with data brokers or third parties.
• STACK is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Notifications

Dose reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. The reminder text is created on-device and is not sent to any push service.

If you connect your account to a clinic, we email you when that clinic sends you a plan. The email names the clinic and nothing else — never a compound, a dose, a schedule or a note. Clinic admins likewise get an email when a patient connects, disconnects or answers a plan, with no patient details in it.

Children

STACK is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices and deletion

• Delete an entry: remove any dose, weight, side-effect note or photo from within the app.
• Delete everything on a device: uninstalling STACK deletes the local database, its key and all photos. If you are signed in, Settings → Account & Sync → Sign out → “Also clear this device's data” does the same without uninstalling.
• Delete your account and synced data: contact us from the email address you signed in with and ask for account deletion; we delete your account and every synced row within 30 days and confirm by email.
• Email list: turn the toggle off, use the unsubscribe link, or contact us.

State privacy rights (US)

Residents of Washington (My Health My Data Act), Nevada, Connecticut, California and other states with consumer health data laws may exercise the access, deletion and withdrawal-of-consent rights described above. Unless you sign in, STACK does not collect or share consumer health data off-device, so most of these rights are satisfied by the in-app controls and by uninstalling. If you have signed in, the account-deletion route above deletes your synced data.

Changes

We will update this policy before any new feature sends additional data off your device or before this site sets any cookie, and note the change in the app's release notes.
